Tolland Connecticut is located in the Hartford metro area adjacent to the Willimantic River in Hartford County. This old and historic community has a population of approximately 14,000 residents with real estate consisting of various single-family home neighborhoods, and a number of modern townhouse and condo complexes, with many options for sale or rent, including wonderful apartments.

Tolland Green, the town’s center, is now part of a national historic district. This district has numerous historic attractions including an array of beautifully restored Victorian homes along with other attractions.
Tollard has an excellent school system with many benefits and recreational facilities and is certainly known as being a family friendly ‘hometown community’. There are wonderful and lushy landscaped community parks and wilderness type areas that invite public exploration and recreation.
